About VERT
VERT offers a full-scale personal Pilates program that will change your body from the ground up (a private studio for women only ). It combines Pilates with anatomical knowledge to provide a body shaping program. It will fundamentally change the way you use your body and achieve a beautiful and healthy body line. It also offers a full menu of beauty corrections and oil treatments to improve your figure, and you can improve your figure and improve your condition by taking classes 1-3 times a week for 3 months.
About Trial Pilates Lesson:
At VERT, our trainers will create a custom-made training menu that combines mat Pilates, machine Pilates, and correction to suit your physical condition and concerns.
●50min Private Pilates Trial lesson: ¥8,800
● 75min Private Pilates + Beauty Correction(body or face): ¥12,500
●50min Pregnancy Pilates Trial lesson:¥8,800 (※Only available to those with doctor's permission after 16 weeks)
● 75min Pregnancy Pilates + Beauty Correction: ¥12,500 (※Only available to those with doctor's permission after 16 weeks)
Menu plan
At VERT, we offer the following menus: "Pilates", "Pilates + Beauty Correction", and "Pilates + Oil Drainage". You can purchase a multi-session pass and combine all of our menus. Single sessions are also available.
