Review

This is a custom-made lesson that incorporates beauty correction into Pilates. You can take photos before and after the lesson. I have been attending once a week for six months, and my rounded shoulders have been cured and my bow legs have become much more straight! I feel at ease knowing that the teacher has a deep knowledge of anatomy. I don't think there is any other personal Pilates that offers such a rich content. I feel the price is reasonable. I want to keep going. It's close to the station, the atmosphere in the studio is good, and just going there makes me feel good.

The instructors are very knowledgeable and you can tell they really love Pilates, so every time I go to class I feel like I've improved both my body and my mind. Since I started Pilates, I have become more conscious of my posture and health, and now I am taking lessons in preparation for my wedding. They teach me about distortions and habits in my body that I had not noticed before, so I always discover something new about my own body. The studio has a bright and friendly atmosphere, and it's close to the station so it's easy to get to!

I am receiving your treatment every week! I usually suffer from body stiffness and swelling, and I am prone to fatigue, so I really like being able to focus on my body through everything from corrections to Pilates. They adjust to my condition on that day, so I never feel like I don't want to go because it's too painful, and I love the feeling of being refreshed afterwards! It's easy to get to and convenient, so it's really helpful! The teacher is really knowledgeable, cheerful, and easy to talk to, so I'm always talking ☺️lol

Risa-sensei is petite and cute, and looks a bit like Minami Tanaka, but contrary to her appearance, she teaches in a very strict way! lol I can only take the class occasionally, but maybe that's why my adductor muscles tremble every time. Seeing that, my friends burst out laughing every time. That's how I enjoy the class! And after the class, my body looks and feels really refreshed! The studio is also very clean and comfortable. I look forward to going every time.
